Window members are constructed of 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with all joints and corners sigma welded. Frame members will be minimum .125" thickness and either 1" or 1 1/2" or 2" in depth according to series of windows in use.

Extruded aluminum glazing bead will be .050". Stucco grounds shall be .064" minimum thickness. Sill shall be .093" minimum thickness. Surrounds and sill are pressed on and welded at the manufacture or supplier.

Series 15 & 2000: Butt Hinges are constructed of .156 stock and are securely welded to the frame and ventilator. Ventilators shall be adjusted and locked shut at the manufacture or supplier, and shall require no further attention until installation of hardware.
