Window members are constructed of 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with all joints and corners sigma welded. Frame members will be minimum .125" thickness and either 1" or 1 1/2" or 2" in depth according to series of windows in use.

Extruded aluminum glazing bead will be .050". Stucco grounds shall be .064" minimum thickness. Sill shall be .093" minimum thickness. Surrounds and sill are pressed on and welded at the factory.

Coming Soon: A new screw on Hinge Screws are not visible when the vents are closed.

Series 1500 & 2000: Butt Hinges are constructed of .156 stock and are securely welded to the frame and ventilator.

Ventilators shall be adjusted and locked shut at the factory, and shall require no further attention until installation of hardware.
