Door members are constructed of 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with all joints and corners sigma welded. Frame members will be minimum .125" thickness and either 1" or 1 1/2" or 2" in depth according to series of doors in use.

Extruded aluminum glazing bead will be .050". Stucco grounds shall be .064" minimum thickness. Sill shall be .093" minimum thickness. Surrounds and sill are pressed on and welded at the manufacture or supplier.
